Pacesetter makes a very high quality long tube at an unbeatable price. I'd probably swing for the ceramic coating as well. Also might want to check out Doug Thorley long tubes. I've been running them for a long time and have loved them every minute. You can pick up the Thorleys at Summitracing, and the pacesetters can be purchased from several different online performance stores.
I really like Texas Speed and Performance. They've always been a reliable company.

The y-pipe is just a piece they custom fab for you to keep your exhaust shop from having to custom fab one up for you. If you order it, the exhaust shop will simply have to make a few cuts, put it in place, and weld it up.

It's simply that surcharge the companies always like to put on the 99-up trucks, and the only reason they have is the fact that "they can". Everything for these trucks cost more, and as long as people keep dropping the money out for crap, they're going to keep dicking us. Sucks doesn't it?
Here's alittle better price for you guys on the pacesetters.... :)
