A Ford RS200 Evo nearly fits the bill, except it's 80s and about 150hp short...
Also, with only a handful made, I'd hardly call it a "production" car

Perhaps some evolution version of it, but normally no, just the Dino V6.
As for the RS200...
"Having produced the two hundred cars to satisfy homologation regulations, twenty four cars were taken to one side for conversion to the sacred 'Evo'. Uprated suspension, brakes and a larger version of the BDT engine was used - displacing 2.1 litres - which at full boost delivered an incredible 650bhp. Various acceleration figures are banded about, with the 'standard' car claimed to reach 60mph in 3.6 seconds and Stig Blomquist said to have reached 60 in only 2.1 seconds in a rally prepared Evo." :)

yup, i was reading EVO magazine with the car stig blomqvist drove up pikes peak to win the 2004 unlimited class. weighs about 1080kg, runs about 900bhp at 300m above sea-level (about 750bhp up the peak) four wheel drive, geared for 121mph. hits 120mph in 7.5 seconds from a standing start.
EDIT: evo magazine recorded 0-60 in 3.64 second. but the guy that did the testing wasn't blomqvist, and he said in the article that it had more potential, but he, as a driver, didn't.
