1987 190E 2.6 Electric radiator fans problem

Hi I have a 1987 190E 2.6 and the electric radiator fans never go on even when it over heats (180C). Can you give me a location and a description to the parts that maybe the cause like the electrical thermostat or the relay or
whatever else. Thanks
