Interior light

my interior light stays on all the time, i have to take the fuse out so it does not run my battery down. Any ideas what the problem is.

what year??? newer models have the switches in the door latch mechanisim that can be sprayed with WD-40 or something to losten them up.

96 but I bet that was my problem. The buzzer would stay on, I sprayed it with wd-40 and it stopped. I have not put my fuse in for the light since

I have a '92 Ranger that has the same problem. Can you tell me where the switch is located on it.

the 92 model might be a push button type by door hinges.
