Ehlp

Hi there my names Adam and i'm having a problem with my 96 Civic Hb. It's making this hollow tinging/grinding sound at 1900 - 2000 RPM , and only at that rpm, and only in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear. I'm not all That car savy so any insight would be greatly appreciated. Take care all!
