The only proper way to lower the vehicle is with new spindles. Lowering springs will require camber adjustment that will be near the limits of the provided adjustment range. Even at that, bump-steer may become an issue with the swingarms positioned closer to the top end of the range.

The rear is fairly straightforward, requiring only a different rate and free height spring, and the required adjustment of the pinion angle. You'll need to adjust the lower control arms and use an angle gauge after the spring swap, but that's about all.

If you simply swap in lowering springs as so many others have done, the handling will be out the window, and driveshaft/pinion angle will be very ugly on hard launches. You'll find out the first time you have to pick pieces of driveshaft and U-joint out of your swiss-cheesed plastic fuel tank. Then again, the wheel hop should warn you of that ahead of time.

Actually those have steel fuel tanks! ;)

But yeah, I was going to bring those two points up last night, then fell asleep first.
