How do I figure out if the turbo is burning oil. I saw that in the intercooler pipe there was a little bit of what it looked like oil. I am not sure but I wanted to check too see if my turbo is really burning oil. It has less then 4000 miles on it but I already saw a crack inside the exhaust turbine. It was acrack on the side but it was visible enough. Also, I checked and there was no shaft play but I need upper intercooler pipes, where the BOV mounts to, and I cant find any anywhere. Is it possible to buy the flange that the BOV is atached to seperatly, because I can fabricate it on the pipe.

Thanks guys.

Do you have an oil catch can on? Otherwise you can get oil in the intake and through the turbo.

you can get the flange on ebay. as far as the oil it could be your pcv or your turbo.

So if the turbo is leaking oil, does it means that seals are gone bad or I have to rebuild the whole thing ? I just saw that there was a trail of oil from the turbo through the pipes back to the intake. It has like 4300 miles on it so i really dont tink its the turbo.

You guys think that an oil catch can will do the trick?
