Wish i could help you with some solid proof but my car is still a track virgin(as far as I know). Ask in the forum section @ www.importperformancetransmission.com , takes a sec to join up, and a day to get responds sometimes. lol But for automatics, them guys have the most experience. People on there are in 10's and such. To make a guess with intake and exhaust, maybe 15 flat(i dont like bench racing and plus 15 year old cars are always in different kind of shapes..esp. trannys). Just know it takes some tranny parts and work into it to keep up with a similar modded 5sp. But I decided to try and go this route(the price was right).

We don't bench race or guess times. If you really want to know, go to the track and do it. You could put 100 different people in the same car and each one could run something different.

well with auto trans. i'm sure many ppl run around the same time, i dont see why everyone would run it differently, besides the condition of the car (boost leaks, mileage, higher boost than stock)

Some people hold it in certain gears for automatics to stretch them out and get better runs. (I used to do it in the Firebird. lol) So yeah, you really could drive an automatic a million different ways. lol

Also, 1g autos were detuned a bit. IIRC, the official stats are 15.1 out of the box (seems high to me, I think 14.5 would be a better guess). I'd be pretty suprised to see the a/t within a second of a stock manual.
