ECU electronics Layout

I have a Maxima 89 automatic transmission, manual air conditioner, VG30E engine, I´m electronics technician and think can repair it

Is there someone can get the layout, or electrical schematic of ECU, if it´s no too expwnsive, maybe I can pay for it.
