98 Ranger-turn signal

Can someone let me know the easiest way to change a turn signal bulb on the drivers side front of a 98 Ranger. Looks to me like I have to remove the battery to get at it.

there are two phillpis screws just inbetween the lamp and bumper and then just pry out.
