Serpentine belt

I have a 98 Concorde Lxi that I want to change out the serpentine belt. By looking at it, access looks to be extremely tight. I have a Haynes manual, and it doesn't say anything about having to remove the shroud, etc. Has anyone had any experience changing out the belts? Can it be done without having to remove half of the front of the car?

if its a 3.2 or 3.5 eng its fairly simple (just a little tight) loosen 15mm nut on idler pulley then back off 13mm adjuster bolt behind idler pulley. 2.7l eng is pretty much the same provided its the alt/pwr strg belt
good luck!
