Error Codes who can help...

Hi,

can anybody tell me what the Codes are for?

B1024 and B1071

Its for my Lumina 1998 ex US-Cop Car...

I found a few sites that explain the code, but they still don't explain in detail, maybe someone else on the board can shed some light:
