I believe the top whole is a allen plug right? If it is, pick up some yellow teflon tape, pull the plug out, wrap it up, and thread it back in.

it should stop leaking if you just tighten the bolt down tighter. You have to remember, your fuel system is under alot of pressure, so that bolt has to be VERY tight. Also, make sure you're not missing any of the associated washers.

I tightened the bolt to the max and it still seeps out, so this silicone II where do i get that and for the yellow teflon is not like the white, right! it can with hold the gas. thanks everyone for ur input.

Just to let you know, teflon tape does not seal the threads...it simply lubricates them allowing the bolt to get a little tighter..the tape doesnt help sealing at all, that's 15 years of my dad, a master plumber, rambling on all day!

Interesting. I guess all my fittings are pouring out fuel right now...

Anyways, yes, yellow teflon is fine for fuel lines. Stay away from the white though.
