Low Oil Light.

I have a 2004 Monte carlo. some times when I take corners (right or left) the "low oil" light comes on. does any one have any ideas how to fix? If not guess I will have to take to a mechanic.

It sounds like your oil is a little low. The oil is sloshing side to side in the oil pan, causing it to slosh sideways away from the sensor. It will progress to the point that it will always be on. If the oil level is ok, then the sensor itself may be going bad.

if it could, yes , when you turned on your headlights, they would come on. It is just that you would be traveling as fast as the light photons. So your car and the light from the headlights would arrive at the same time.:grinyes:
