The model is autobarn Mclaren Zhuhai no 6 marlboro car purchased
from ebay. Item number: 6594131143
As you can see it has been almost 3 months and still no model.
Seller just makes up new story all the time although he
confirmed he received the payment.
His name is Raymond Ray and his ebay ID is "rcclee"
I will not allow him to sell that model on ebay as I will be
watching his auctions.
Feel free to ask any questions about this deal.I am sure there
are many Mclaren model collectors in this forum.
But please be careful with this dangerous crook.

regards,

Gokhan

F1 monster, this guy is ripping people off. He is taking money.
"Dangerous" not as if he is going to physically harm you or anything, but meaning stay away from the fooker if anyone is thinking of bidding. :nono:

Yes and No. You can report to paypal (if that is the method you used)
It is possible to get your money back this way if you can provide them with details confirming that you paid from a verified address/account and confirmed delivery address.

If you used another method, i.e. cheque, cash in post, bank transfer then I would personally say you have been well and truly fooked, and negative feedback is all you can do. :screwy:

Chances are crap. You usually lose out. ebay and paypal are the same company, so the more money you spend, the more they get. They will do everything they can to stop you from getting a refund. :banghead:

I think this sets a bad precedent for discussion here. The transaction didn't originate or occur through this forum. It seems obvious that neither party involved is a regular participant here either.

While I am sympathetic to your situation, if you wish to get the word out about a bad Ebayer I would suggest using your signature.
