tweets in door

hey guys i got 2000 civic sir and have aftermarket (i think the are moulded in a triangular peice behind the side veiw) tweets that are ripped, now how do i replace them?
they are behind the side veiw do i need to take the door pannel off i tried to pull and pry but didn't want to brake them anyone help me?

i think they are called door mounted tweeter pod kits????

not sure sorry but any help would be greatful

the whole panel/pod should just snap in. so gently pull on it.
