Wassup everyone. When i took my car to the track i was very dissapointed by the fact that i was getting 2.4 60' times. I ran a 13.4 @ 107. Around what would my time be if i was able to cut a 2.0 60'? I cant do anything but spin in first and second. I'll try to work on my driving a little more.
And what is one of the better brand of tires that you guys would rec.?

Is that a 100 shot on your dyno2000 chart? I had that. Really cool program. Although i really couldnt ever use it for anything.
Isnt it like 1lb/per minute is 25bhp?

yeah drag radials will help a lot. It sound like you just stomping the pedal all the way down when you go. Ease into it. My times were in that area when I was at the track. It would just spin.

Toyo Proxe 4's for tires, even with 245's I can still spin if I want but they defiantly hook up if you want them to

Well right now i'm looking at about a $350 spending limit. I figure i could just get the back two right now and wait for the other two later.

dig up a pair of wheels and buy some drag radials for them to use at the track.

0.4 seconds off your short time can take up to 0.8 seconds off your 1/4 ET.
BFG's are the best DR for street and track use.
I run Nitto DR's on the rear of mine. Mostly because it is more of a street car than a drag car for now.
Mickey Thompson DR's are the best for drag.
