Right wheel ticking

I just got my 94 celica GT a few months ago. Ever since got it i have noticed a ticking coming from the right front wheel while turning right. What could this be? Is it the CV joint!?! I have no clue at all. thanks for the help

P.S. my celica sure beats the hell out of my old 92 chevy lumina
