it starts and idles but stall's when u give it gas, i check the fuel pressure its at 42 psi and stays there over night!

You should start looking at your vacuum lines, perhaps your EGR valve, and other components around your intake. Thats a start.

It sounds like a bad throttle position sensor.

Did you check Fuel pressure with the Vacuum hose off, or on?
It should be checked with the hose off, and it should be at around 32psi, IIRC.
