turbo engine into a nonturbo help....

i have purchased a 89 daytona and i am takin the engine out of a daytona 87 but the engine was in a 88 shadow origanily and were noticing some diferences in the wiring and its lookin like this 2.5 had a whole lot less vacuum lines then my engin has hooked to it..... :banghead: any help to help my tackle this vucuum and wiring on this engine swap would be most appreciated thnx dodge enth. much appreciated

apon some other lookin i think we can make the vacuum work but our main concern is power for the fuel injection....and if this makes a diff the daytona had a message center from factory.any info would help once again thnx:P the distributer on the turbo has 2 wires off it unlikethe non turbo wa=hat can i do about that.....

Your in for a big job to swap that and make it work, wiring and engine controllers are way different between those years, the later models had the single engine controller under the hood instead of the earlier models separate logic/power modules for engine management. Also the non turbo engines were usually throttle body injected where the turbo engines were multi-point injected which opens yet another can of worms.
If the car has the turbo engine in it then you would be better off staying with a turbo engine to replace it or vice versa, a lot less headaches to work with.
