which oil???

my friend just bought a hatch w/ ls/vtec in it. were not sure what oil the guy before had. What oil do you guys recomend to use on an ls/vtec? it has 9k miles on it and gsr head on ls block w/ eagle rods, je 11.5:1 pistons.

I use redline 10w30, or Mobile1.
