Ignition Missfire ??

Have a check engine light on in a 2000 1.8t that shows a code P1340 and that seems to pertain to an ignition missfire. I changed the plugs & the car has no noticable missfire & performs well. Does anybody know if this is a harness problem or what should I be looking for ?!
