Idle on 89 calai?

Is there any way to bump up the idle on an 89 calai 2.3 quad4 motor. Park idle is about 675-700 rpm. I would like to get it to about 800 as the car feels like it wants to stall when In gear idle. I have done a new tune up, I cant find any vac leaks. No warning lights. I did put a slightly cooler tstat in. I wonder If it could be a closed loop issue as the car isnt up to temp. I am just not sure at this point, any ideas? Thanks Tom
