Fan switch

I have a 2001 Elantra and I need to replace the fan switch (that part that screws in beside the thermostat and sends the signal to the PCM to turn on the cooling fans). I cannot find the part on any parts website as I do not, evidentally have the correct name or the part number. I ordered a coolant temperature sensor but that is not the part I need. Can anyone help?
