Jiggly Drivers Seat! Please Help!!

OK on mine '03, my drivers seat has both power and heat. It also has about a 1/2 inch of play in the seat frame I think. When you brake or accelerate, it will wobble back and forth. It is very annoying. I have checked the mounting bolts and they're tight. Has anybody else has this problem and been able to fix it. Please help, this is driving me nuts!

one of the height adjuster motors may be broken, allowing that corner of the seat to move up and down independantly of the seat track.
