Simple Oil Question

Okay.. so I've been driving my car for a year and a half now... only put 5500 miles on it...

Anyways, it's now just hit 66000 miles. Anyways, this was my dads old car and we always just took it to Oil Changers or Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed... and since I've had the car, last 2 times Honda's done the oil change (one because of 60k service, and other cuz of a free coupon.)

Anyways, my question is what does the servie manual reccommend for oil change in my car? How often and with what? Should I think about something else for oil since my car doesnt go out that often...? It currently gets 15 miles a week sitting at home... I'm in college... it'll be here with me next year! =)

Oh... and I should mention... I'm asking cuz I wanna take charge of it...

One more thing... is it okay to change my oil every year if it only gets 3500 miles?
