'85 Blazer 2.8 to 3.4 Conversion Question

The 2.8 is carbureted, the 3.4 has a throttle body. Is it worth the trouble to try to keep the throttle body on the 3.4 and set it up, or should I just throw the carb on the 3.4 and call it good?

If I do decide to keep the throttle body on the 3.4, what would that entail?

Thanks.

Use the carburated intake manifold off the 2.8L or get an aftermarket manifold. They are a bolt on.

It's way too much work and expense to convert your truck to a stock fuel injection system.

Your Blazer should go pretty good with the engine upgrade, and the mileage won't suffer unless you floor it al the time (wich you probably will in the begining)

If you need any advice on the swap please feel free to ask it here, or even PM me if you prefer.

I try answering all my PM's, although it's tough at times.
