'85 Blazer 2.8 to 3.4 Conversion Question

The 2.8 is carbureted, the 3.4 has a throttle body. Is it worth the trouble to try to keep the throttle body on the 3.4 and set it up, or should I just throw the carb on the 3.4 and call it good?

If I do decide to keep the throttle body on the 3.4, what would that entail?

Had the same issue last year.The job is not worth doing unless you have another whole vehicle to get the many parts you will need from.
