Trunk Help!!!

Hey,
I recently was putting in my subs and while i was doing this, the two torque rods that go across the top of the tunk came off. I dont know how to get them back on. All i know is that they adjust how hard it is to open or close the trunk. Any help would be nice.:banghead:
