2001 Grand Am-Signal, Roor Sensor

Please help...I have 3 main electrical problems with my 2.4 Liter 2001 Grand Am SE Sedan...they see to all be tied together, but I am not sure...The dealer in Nashville, TN suggested the body control module, but I do not want to purchase this unless it is nothing else, because I am trying to sell the car this weekend....

I will be driving down the road and the turn signal will stop working...sometimes it will work...sometimes it won't? Very dangerous, and frustrating.
The sensor, ding alarm in the door (Not Roor as titled on accident) just started coming on and will not shut off...I have checked every fuse and they all seem good except for the Radio Battery fuse...which I have replaced and the noise still persists...I have unplugged the fuse, and the noise stops, but with that the radio goes, too.
Last, but not least, the main headlight comes on every now and then while you are driving down the street...again I feel the 3 may be tied together, but I am not sure....Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

This sounds like the BCM but I am not absolutely certain. It actually acts more like a short between wires rather than a problem with the BCM. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, check with a wrecking yard. You should be able to pick one up for a lot less than a new one. If the local yards don't have one try car-part.com you can change it out yourself as it is plug and play. If it doesn't work then you haven't spend nearly as much as a new one.

I would check the power distribution center under the hood. Sometimes connections here get loosened and can be repaired fairly simply. May be part of the headlight issue.

Good Luck and Welcome to AF!!
