i have a 97 tahoe that has a scubing sound in the right front end. this vehical is 4x4.i have changed brakes, wheel barring, rotars and have taken apart just about everything from the tri axels to the split case. I had a mechanic from chevrolet look at these part's and everything looks a okay.problem accurs from 10mph to about 50. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

I guess I'm assuming you meant "scrubbing sound"? That is really weird, especially after 50 MPH it goes away? If you put it up on 4 jack stands (sturdy ones please!) and run the driveline, you should be able to duplicate it and narrow down your search. That is what I do whenever I have driveline noise.
Of course there is no weight or load on the tires so it could be different I guess. Are you sure its not your tire? Does it change sound or intensity when you turn from side to side?

You ever find out what the noise was?
