94 Lumina APV Window Problems

Passenger window will go down but will not go back up. Every few minutes it will move maybe a 1/16th of an inch.

Drivers side window started making clanking noises, will go down but slower going up.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

The passenger side is a bad window lift motor. The drivers side is probably the window guides are worn out allowing the window to rattle in the channels.
