Stays on blinking, or solid? Solid light means you need a new relay, or bulb.

As in you hit the signals and then when you turn them off they stay on? If that's the case it sounds like a faulty multifunction switch.

They just told you. Twice. Maybe learning to read is a bigger problem than your turn signal.
