90 tsi awd $400!!!

alright guys.......i finaly found a awd turbo dsm for CHEEP! it has a brand new head i mean brand new never been crunk with it on theres not even any oil on the cams! but it dont run he said it would turn over but wouldnt run.......it also has no exhuast manni and the turbo has a shit load of shaft play includeing side to side......should i get it or not??

well $400 for the car plus tax title and liscense, plus a 2g exhaust mani, plus a 16g:), plus all the little things that need to be done, you will probably have $1500 in it to get it running including the cost of the car, but not labor. I'd do it probably
