A buddy of mine has a 96 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie, and he was wondering if he could fit 35's on it with just a front leveling kit. I do not think this will be possible due to the tight space with turning. Any opinion would be appreciated.

I highly recomend he not put a leveling kit on his truck. Every single person I know that has, yanked them off. They are quite dangerous. All of them had the same complaint, it screwed up the handling, they would be driving at hwy speeds and once in a while out of the blue the front end would start shaking so bad that they would have to come to a stop to keep it on the road. Dodge designed the front ends the way they are on purpose, as a type of load compensation, to keep more weight on the steering axle under a load. I recomend that if he wants a lift, do it all the way around. A lift is a different setup than a leveling kit and does not have the adverse effects.

he's had the leveling kit for some time now. He doesnt haul anything heavy, so it sould be ok. He just wants to know if he can fit 35's on it.
