Hi, guys I want to replace my front struts with the KYB GR-2 series. I have replaced the originals with Monroe sensatracs but they have not held up worth a crap. They are making all kinds of noises during turning/hitting bumps etc. Also, I want to replace the strut mounts with the KYB mounts, but I wanted to ask how to determine if my car has the Standard or the Heavy Duty suspension. The car is a Eurosport 3.1 vin T. My dad and I changed out the front struts about 2 yrs ago and they were fine until about 4 months ago when all the strut noise started. Are their any special tools required for the installation of the KYB's? I have the GM10 strut cart tool, do I need a special torx bit for the top strut mount nut? Thanks in advance and any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I also saw standard and heavy duty part numbers wehn looking up top strut bushings on Advance Auto parts web site, i havent bought any yet, but since they sit in a steel 'cup' thats part of the car, they have to be same size as each other, I cant see why you couldnt use either really.
