I am thinking about getting a 4 point harness since I saw a picture someone had of a normal seat and they just pull the bottom belt around the bottom and the top belts through the headrest thing.
Whats a good brand?

Check these out...

Someone on here has a set and the love them. I think the electronic control is a cool-ass idea.
Otherwise, you could go with Momo or Sparco harnesses. I'm sure those are good (but spendy as well I bet).

Question. What do they bolt down to? Could I bolt them to the bolts that bolt down my seats in the back?

You would rather have stock seatbelts than stock seatbelts?!

Yes, you should be able to bolt them to your back seat-belt mounts, or to the C-pillar

Whats the C-Pillar? The thing that the stock belt is attached to?
When I do this should I replace my stock belt with this, cuz I imagined as just having this sit there until I needed it, and using the stock belt for just driving around.

OK, here we go again. The C pillar is the rear corner post holding the roof up (A=front, B=mid, etc.). The stock rear shoulder harnesses are attached to the C pillar. It's a crappy place to mount a shoulder harness for the front seat (been there, done that).
I have the Scroth autocontrol belts in my car and love them. The nice thing about them is you can move around without having to loosen the shoulder harness as they are inertia reel/pendulum/manual switch locking. Try getting into your glove box with your Sparcos or Momos.
I have the shoulder harness attached to the rear center seat belt mount. The stock front belst are still there so I can use them if someone sits behind me or I have the car full of stuff.
If you are planning on racing where 4 pt. belts are required you'd better check into the legality. The Scroth autocontrols would not be legal for SCCA for instance. They are street.

I'm just gonna get normal Sparcos. I think I can figure a way to mount them and have it all work out fine.

I wouldn't waste my money or Sparco or Recaro seats unless you are hardcore, I've heard only good things about Tenzo seats so I may decide on a pair of those.
