Quest 05 AC warm/hot on drivers side

I have taken my new Nissan Quest to the dealer to fix the AC several time but they can't find the problem. The AC blows warm/hot on the driver's side. Anyone with the same problem?

I thought there was a TSB (technical service bulletin) on this issue. Go to Nissanhelp.com. If you search under the TSB, they list them for each Nissan vehicle.

the thing is the dealership should know this since it is not a new issue. To help diagnose the probem, try to isolate the conditions when this happens.
