1989 F-350 v-10 engine removal

I'm looking to get some info on pulling a V-10 out of an F-350. If anyone has done the job or can point me in the right direction on this one it would be great. I'm in Flint, MI AKA the Buick City, so I do not get much work from Ford owners as there are so few in town. The main thing I need to know is the book time for R&R of the engine plus book time for transfer of parts (to a used engine) and anything that I need to "look out" for.
