gas tank blocked?

isnt there a stopper in the fuel filler neck? cause i tried a shifen hose to no avail

Yes at the opening. You'll need to jack it up and get underneath the car. On the passenger side of the tank you'll see where the filler neck tube drops down and connects to the plastic gas tank itself. There is a connection joint with hose clamps. If you undo that you should be able to tap in with the siphon hose.
