lil help

ok so my car dont wanna start without starting spray. and it dont run right till its warm. so my thought is coolant temp sensor. now i cant find it. i found something that looks just like but the connecters are different. anyone give me a heads up on where this is located?. ohh yea. is a 92 talon tsi

Isn't it right on the thermostat? Find the upper radiator hose and I thinks its right under that.

yea is what i thought too. but whe ni pull the connecter off the plugs are different. so my harness will not hook to it. unless napa gave me wrong part =\..

They may have. Get a Haynes repair manual... or flip through it in the store and make sure its the right piece, then prove them wrong. Good luck.

already have one =).. and this isnt the first time ive got'en the wrong part from them before =\. its really sad. i went in there they double checked it its right. but the 95-99 looks more like mine. and i havent done a motor swap.

was doing some looking and dont think thats the right sensor think th eone on the thrmostat is the coolent fan switch.
