Would like some feedback on a 2000 buick century with no visable odometer and shift lever indicator. I'm thinking a instrument cluster.

Thats probably the case. The IP is not that difficult to replace DIY. Also, with the IP removed you could check the electrical connectors at the back. Good luck!
