seatbelt

Hey, the drivers seatbelt on my 97 does not retract itself. I was planning on going to the yard and getting a working one. Can I just replace the retracting mechanism or do I need to replace the whole belt assembly? Also if that is the case isn't the seatbelt bolted down with a torx bolt?

Some automotive seat belts have a pin in the webbing that can be removed when you fully extend the seatbelt.
