Being 21 is fun

Well Saturday i turned 21. My gf volunteered to be my DD for the day, so i could drink as much as i wanted and didnt have to worry about driving. Now mainly i just drink beer, not really a "hard" alcohol kinda guy. But since it was my 21st i decided i would only drink beer once i got home. I started out with a frozen strawberry margirita. It was alright. Followed that up with an Electric lemonade(Skyy vodka and lemonade), i love lemonade so this was awesome. Next i decided to try a regular margirita on the rocks....that tasted like horseshit. I wont try that ever again.

At this point we left and decided to goto my work(resturant w/ bar). First thing was a blue martini, for how good this thing looked it tasted like crap. Then the co-owner of the store asks me if im driving. So i say no and he just starts making me something. When he brings it out i ask what was in it. "just drink it then ill tell ya","ok, sounds good to me". I couldnt taste any alcohol in it. Turns out, Long Island Ice Teas are good as hell. I had 3 of those before my manager came out, so i told him to make me a drink before we left. I didnt care what it was. He made a White Russian, i didnt really like it but finished it anyway.

We then headed back to my house to meet a few people. Had about 2-3 beers at my house before we left for the bowling alley.

We got the bowling alley where i had 2 more long islands. I guess they only let you have 2 of those before you cant have anymore. Meh, whatever. So i decided to just have some more beers. Had prolly 2-3 more before we left.

I dont remember anything after leaving the bowling alley. Last thing i DO remember was asking where the fuck my shoes and bowling balls were. I guess it took my forever to put my shoes on and by that time a friend had already grabbed my bowling stuff and brought it to my truck. We drove to my house, and i guess i got carried in by some friends and went downstairs and sat at our card table. Next thing i do remember is walking over to the sink in the laundry room and puking for awhile, i was told an hour.

That was about the extent of my birthday. It was a blast, if i could do it all over again i wouldnt change it.

Happy birthday...can't wait til the day comes for me. Year and a half away. And it falls on a Saturday. Expect bad things to happen.

I don't mind White Russians, i think it's my favorite drink with vodka, though. Good to know you had a blast. my 21st is pretty much a year away, i'm turning 20 very soon. Still, 1 year isn't gonna stop me from partying that hard. 21 will just means i can do it legally.

Lol, well i figured i normally only drink beer and rarely ever try anything new(not just with alcohol, food and anything else too) So i decided i would try some new stuff. Only reason i really liked the long islands was because i really couldnt taste the hard stuff.

Three words:

COME TO AUSTRALIA.

Teh legal drinking age is 18, the day we turn 18 we can drink, smoke, and gamble as much as we want.

21? Geez, I can barely remember that age since surpassing that almost 19 years ago :lol: <insert alzheimer joke here> Anyways, back then 21 wasn't as big as it is now since the legal drinking age was 18/19. Happy belated birthday!

your 21 is always the best. Happy Birthday Man!! there are really only two more birthdays that i look forward too (seein how i'm 21) the first is when i turn 25 so my insurance will go down. and when i turn 55 or whatever so i can join AARP other than that i don't care.

i remember about 2 hours of being at the cars on my 21st. random people were buying me shopts and i constanty had a beer in hand at one point 6 people bought me shots w/in a 5 min span and thats led to me quickly blacking out. and on my way home i was in the backseat and thought my friends backpack was some girl who was partying w/ us and thought since "she" his backpack wasnt talking back to me that she was passed out. what a night
