anti-theft system enabled in my '98 GrAm

Hey all....just a thread to ask anyone if there is any easy way to disable my anti-theft system. It comes on for no apparent reason, took it in to a mechanic and he manually went in to disable it....

After that it was good, but lately it stays on for a little longer each time i start my car. I have to leave the switch on 2 clicks for about 10 seconds a lot of the time and wait for the anti-theft to disengage and my fuel pump and such to turn on.

So any advice??
