GSX fraud on EBAY

Someone on Ebay is trying to pose the Eclipse I use to own, as theirs and is trying to sell it on ebay. I sold this car 4 month's ago. They took all there selling text off of my cardomain site (which I deleted today because of it), and even are using my pictures and trying to claim them as their pictures. So guys, if your looking to by a GSX, be careful for scams like this. They're starting bid on the car was 2,999. Thats an obvious fraud because the turbo-intercooler setup ALONE cost more than that.

Holy shit man, Ebay needs contacted immediately about this because people have been bidding on it too. I hope they throw that asshole in jail for this.

I have no idea if that is the correct vin number to my car. But I did provide the Vin when I had it up for sale for people to do a Carfax if they wanted too. But like I said, that was like 4 months ago.
And yeah I told ebay. I used that live help thing that they have. But didn't seem like they cared that much, or like they were gonna do anything about it.
I mean, Ive heard about all the Supra scams that go on. But didn't think they used GSX's too.....

Dude, they do it with all kinds of high performance vehicles, yes even GSXs. I asked him a question, we will see what he says. I asked him if I could buy the car outright....We will see what he says...
BTW the best thing to do if you know for sure its a scam is mess with them. I have been looking for a Typhoon for a while now, and there are always scams like this on ebay. I just bid like a million dollars and ruin their auction. If you have to, just set up another ebay account and bid a million bucks....For real...

And who let you know about the scam... :D
That's pretty shitty that ebay won't do anything about this. I'm guessing they could be sued or someting. I'd just keep getting on them and messaging the bidders. Then there's always the BBB. Or the cops...

12,500... Somebody needs to get this auction stopped or some dumb newb is gonna get ripped in the ass by this guy...
Here's another thought... Could it possibly be the kid that you sold it to thats trying to sell it? Maybe you should contact him and find out if he is or not and let him know that some guy on ebay is trying to sell his car.

Not likely...he would have used HIS OWN pictures in the auction, instead of dupclates of Savior's. It's just some douche trying to scam some money out of some unsuspecting ebayer.
Chances are Ebay will let the auction ride out, and when problems occur after then they will jump in and do the few SMALL things they can.

I told people on club rsx about the Scam too and they're purposely racking it up really high on purpose.
Here is the thread on that.
http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=372357
So I think those new bids are from them. But if its not down tomarrow, I'm gonna go ahead and complain again.
And I know its not the guy that bought my car trying to sell it again because I know the guy that bought my Car. He is not selling it. And also, Why would he be only asking for 2999 when he bought the car from me for 14k? And also, why would he be using my text and my pictures from MY Cardomain to sell it. It was my text word for word. I said I was moving to texas..... and convinently so is "the guy" that is selling my car again.

I'm with Crunchy on this one... We are allowed to have a conversation about it if we want to... And besides, what reason would we have to even mention automotiveforums to this scammer?

Because AF doesn't need to be involved in any thing that might in the future require legal action, such as fraud, whether it's by name or by incident..NEVER. I never said you can't email the guy, AF's name just shouldn't come up any time.
