Blower has a mind of it's own

I have a 2003 Trailblazer ext Lt. The blower suddenly seems to have a mind of it's own. I have Auto climate control and the blower only works on one speed. Then, when I turn the car off, the blower stays on. I have to re-start the car to get it to turn off, sometimes a few times before it will turn off. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! :frown:

I have the same issue. When I need it at 10F outside I get nothing. Anyone have this issue also

I would suspect a bad blower relay /resistor, mounted on the blower case behind the glove box. BTW this thread is ancient, please check dates before posting, now closed.
