Whats the best way to go about lifting my truck for off road? Im tryin to not spend over 800$. Who makes good offroad tires and lift kits for a low price??

2001 dodge ram slt 4wd 5.9lskyjacker is good but I am not sure about the price. Whatever you do don't put a leveling kit on it. Buckshot tires are good and a little cheaper than others.
