How do you order parts??

I order EVERYTHING off the internet or out of car magazines. Just curious how you guys order parts.

Mostly off of the net, local shops sometimes but local shops are way too expensive!!!

Anywhere I can get trade.

So today I got some g/box oil and filter from Honda NZ at trade (as I know the chief mechanic, and im working with someone who has an account there) and I got some oil and wiper blades from a local parts shop (repco) useing a maximum trade discount card.
Then I get used parts from a local wrecker who thanks to the above contact also gives me trade. :D

But Iv never ordered anything online.

I order 99% of my stuff online. That's mainly because, around here, you'd be hard pressed to find anything (well, anything that isn't rice).

Online...mostly ebay...but there's a local shop I know that would match online prices and I save a bit on shipping...plus he doesnt charge me tax as long as I pay in cash...thats 8.5% at least.

im mostly an internet man myself, but the occasional shop order will happen.

Online or Ebay, my town sucks to find stuff local, unless i'm refilling my nitrious tank.

One of my best friends owns a shop, so I get most of my stuff from him. He usually gives me the hookup and doesn't charge me sales tax. Plus, he lets me use his shop to do work at ridiculously low prices. It's a nice relationship to have!!!

I get most all of mine on the net.
