Use some Pledge! Just spray on and wipe the residue away. Stays clean for 2-3 washings and just plain looks great!

stoner makes an awesome tire shine called more shine less time i love it and it lasts awhile just like ther glass cleaner awesome stuff

Armor all's tire cleaner is kick ass as well.
